Claims by my roommates to the contrary notwithstanding.

I _did_ get my ear pierced, though. Everyone tell me it looks good?

Because, of course, it has to be all about me.

*grin*

It looks -good-, but I am biased, so I suppose this counts for less than, say, if Mr. Wisdom said it looked good?

You are a little biased, but your opinion still counts.

Dude, the Tribunal of Mock is in session, Judges Madrox, Maddicks, and Blaire presiding. And we pronounce you silly by reason of mental disease or defect. Possibly caused by your brain leaking out the giant hole in your ear. :)

Seriously, though, it doesn't look entirely stupid. So if Angie likes it, there you go.

I think Judge Blaire is dissenting, as she's the one who drove Angie and I to the mall so I could _get_ said piercing.

And Angie does like it.

Be nice! It looks -good- and it is just a tiny hole. And Alison squealed over it. I should forward you the emails from earlier.

The other Judge Blaire. The short, green one.

You should. My ribs almost stopped hurting for a second there. :)

Just a little biased.

I could fix that icon for you if you wanted. ;)

Judges under a metre and a half tall do not count.

I will summarize.

Doug got an earring, Magic: The Gathering cards, and dinner.
*I* got music class in the evenings, a second instrument I seem to have agreed to learn, and I seem to have promised to learn to play that silly dungeons and dragons game.

I think I came out on the short end of this deal.

Then I'd have to be the tribunal all by myself and that's less fun. Artie and Miles really like being in the tribunal. Artie did a whole thing with us in judge robes. And wigs. I think he's been watching British TV or something.

Anyway, the Tribunal of Mock overrules you. Heightist prejudice aimed at the judicial bench shall not be condoned. We'll find you in contempt in a minute, see if we don't. :)

D&D is fun. And what instrument?

Doug got an earring. And now he has to deal with his roommates. I think you win. :)

There's no finding, we're already _in_ contempt, dude. :)

Well, you like it, and Doug likes it, and Miles likes it, so it cannot be -all- bad, and the art in the books is good, so that has to count for something, yes?

Bass guitar. Doug is evil.

The earring looks good! It does.

I am -afraid- of your 'perks', Doug. I got talked into learning to play a guitar. That is not -fair- at all.

I wish I had seen that. Can.. you take pictures of Artie's illusions?

Oh my. Oh -my-. I had a very, very interesting thought. Remind me to talk to Artie in the morning!

The Tribunal maintains its authority in the face of your derision.

Besides, a couple big black T-shirts of mine plus my bathrobe and now we actually look like judges. So there.

I'm pretty sure.

Actually . . . huh. I have no idea. They might just be in everybody's head. But now we're in judge costumes, and if we can find where Mr. Marko keeps the spare mop heads, we'll have wigs too.

Will do. :)

Oh lord. I think -my- ribs ache now.

Wait? Artie is awake? Now?

Well, it should. I vote you get Doug to show you how to be a cleric, because the campaign he's DMing, Artie's a fighter, Miles is a wizard, and my paladin keeps running out of healing.

And that will make more sense when you read the books. :)

Bass guitar! Cool! You can be in the band when you don't suck!

And it looks silly. And it's a good thing nobody around here owns a ferret.

Would you mind if I dropped in for a moment? I want to try something. (Can you ask Artie? Please? I can wait until morning, but I just had the most brilliant or possibly bizarre idea)

I am reading the Player's book now. No one said this would involve math! Math is unfair.

Yes. Bass guitar. I am informed by reliable evil sources that they are not all that different from cellos. Could you please throw something at the source? It would be the blond one smirking over in the desk full of computer books.

Ferret? Why a ferret?

Yeah, come on over. Miles is in the middle of closing arguments, and Artie has sort of started wheezing (quietly) and holding his sides, so I think he could use a break before he laughs himself unconscious.
