Date: 2013-04-10 04:37 am (UTC)The last one I had to deal with was nine years ago. That one was bad enough that I had to spend some time in a power dampener. Brood X (that one) is the biggest of the 17-year broods. Brood II (this year's) is smaller, but I'm pretty sure my power runs a lot higher than it did back then, so it's really a tossup how bad it'll be this time around.
