...I think my circadian rhythms have finally settled down enough to where I can remember what day it is, not to mention what time it is, and actually sleep at normal times.

And my brain has recovered enough from a whirlwind trip around the globe to be able to use phrases like "circadian rhythms".

So, how's everyone been?

Wuss. *grins* I think I worked out another aspect of this 'energy from cities' gig of mine - I don't seem to get jet lagged, except on the plane. Something about the tuning in to the local energy patterns.

Also? Ow. I have the worst bruises on my arse right now...
