xp_cypher: (Hacking)

Confession time...

Yeah, the culprit was me. I'm surprised more people didn't twig to it faster. Angie's sketchbook, hacking in to change the icons, who does that point to?

For all who are concerned about privacy or security issues, icons are kept completely separate from other journal settings and so forth, so there _was_ no privacy invasion. Besides, this was just intended to be a harmless, funny little prank. Hope everyone enjoyed it and nobody's _too_ mad. Nathan, hold Doc Mactaggart down so I can get a head start just in case? ;-)

Control of your icons should be going back to you over the next hour or so, if anyone wants to keep the icons, you're more than welcome to them.

Hope everyone had fun and a few harmless laughs.

Fantastic prank, dude. You shall pay for the Fashion Victim slam. Oh yes, you shall.

Definitely a good one, although I think I have to dock you a couple of points for trying to squirm away from the credit for so long. I mean, I respect the stylistic difference, which is why I didn't rat you out, but . . . c'mon, man, how short a putt was it?

Of course you realize, most dedicated pranksters consider April 1 to be amateur night. It's like Halloween on Buffy. :)

You are just too much for words. Jr. Devil Woman in training -indeed-.

Just remember, I know all your ticklish spots, Doug.

It was a wonderful idea. :) It was actually funny, unlike a lot of other silliness that goes on April 1.
